It gives me immense pleasure to share my views about a college which is exclusively meant for girl education. The Mahila Technical and Management College which is part and partial of Jai Narayan Vyas Shikshan Sansthan, Jodhpur was established in the year 2022. It runs various courses which include the Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and Masters in Computer Application (MCA) among others. The College is in its infancy stage yet I am happy to share that it is on the path of growth and development. Inspite of many challenges the college is on right track. Thanks to the team. More efforts and hard work are needed to bring the college as one of the top professional education provider, for girls, in the western Rajasthan. To achieve the mission not only the management but also the efforts of team need to be in right direction. The need of the hour is to keep pace with modern education system on the one hand and maintain the traditional values on the other. I hope the college will keep balance in these two parameters with the support of staff and team. The college is affiliated to the Bikaner Technical University and approved by AICTE. It is one and only Women College in whole western Rajasthan. It provides safe, secured and the best professional environment to girl students. The college is committed to all round growth and development of students. It has a central library with numerous books and access to online library, well equipped computer labs to provide practical training to the students, smart classes with smart boards, projectors etc. The campus is well connected with internet facilities too. The management of the college and the Sansthan would always be grateful to team of people who have contributed a lot for the continuous and steady growth of the college. The college has qualified and experienced faculty and efficient administrative team. “Regularity of classes is motto and quality teaching is determination”. This mantra gives high reputation, of the college, among girl students. The safety and secured atmosphere has made the college famous among parents of girl students. To accomplish its mission, of development and growth of students, the college provides such an environment which allows them to stretch out their creativity, keep the academic passion at the top and go ahead to achieve their goals. Various extra-curricular activities are held during a session to identify the performers in co-curricular activities. Apart from NSS events with other associated institution, viz. Mahil P G Mahavidyalaya, the college holds Inter college competition, debates, Industrial visits, and many more other activities. The awards, cash prize, too are given to the winners and certificates are provided to the participants. The college also takes care of good health of its students and facility of periodical health check-up is provided. I am sure that students associated with the college will never regret and would find the place as a platform to cultivate their all-round growth and skills. As the college provides professional education like MBA and MCA so the students will certainly need support and help in placement. The college is not lacking in that too. It, through the staff and management, takes care of placements too. It has entered into MOUs with various industries in the town and out of the town both for internship and regular placements.
